After giving up as described in a previous post on the IPK Website Builder Software, I have decided t give it another go.
The reasons for this:
I cannot find a suitable Price Comparison script that suits my needs and the Website Builder software comes supplied with one.
I think that, perhaps I was a little too hasty in my decision to quit the software in the first place.
It still seems like a good idea to me to put up unlimited sites with the Hosting fees, the price comparison and the website builder included. All I have to pay for is the domain names.
Perhaps I may be wrong (it has been known before) but I will persevere and give it a good go this time.
I am going to use the Software mainly for building “Baby sites” and stick to using Dreamweaver for building the Mother sites.
This is due mainly to the fact that the IPK site builder has very limited flexibility.
Using the Dreamweaver software will give me the flexibility I need for the major Mother sites.
For instance I like to use Tabber tabs and picture enlargement on the Mother site because I think this enhances the visitors experience and hence they are more likely to purchase, (or at least lick a few links).
I am building my first site with the IPK software. I have a special discount for you on the IPK software, click on the pay button and enter the code SPL777 to recieve the discount. I will, of course, report when I have something further to add on the subject.
My latest escapade into the affiliate market has seen me create a site inside a Wordpress blog.
This came about through an advertisement I saw recently for “ready made affiliate sites”.

I purchased the site from a member of one of the Forums I visit and very good it was too. Easy to set up and all the affiliate links could be changed in less than a minute…..and they do work.
I will see how the site does before I reveal who the creator is.
The ready made sites are around $15.00 each or you can purchase 5 for around $50.00, very good value indeed when you see how professional they are.
Best Digital Camera store is one of about twelve, the sites carry a limited purchase and will only be sold to 30 purchasers so this should preserve the integrity of each site.
I know that sometimes it can seem like a duanting task to do the SEO for a Blog but really it’s not that bad. I will be trying to optimise the Digital SLR Store blog using a few articles, links from some of my existing web sites, Squidoo and a few Utube videos I have created.
I will of course, keep you posted.

After spending what seems like an eternity looking for a Php/MySql script to write price comparisons I think I finally found the solution.
Having looked at and tried most of the php scripts written for price comparisons and discarding all of them for one reason or another I have taken the bull by the horns and decided to have a script written for me.
The trouble I found with the scripts I tried was;
1. There was a monthly cost involved.
2. The scripts available to buy outright were not what I required in that they all involved using a Template that produced a Web site.
All I needed was a script that I could install on my server and make up affiliate price comparisons linking my chosen product to different vendors that I am affiliated to.
These comparisons should include a graphic of the Affiliated program, a cheapest priced item and a hidden affiliate link.
This is more or less what I have asked for on Scriptlance
I have several offers to do the work and have selected one (the dearest one) at $150.
This has yet to be accepted but I am sure the people who posted the offer will come up with the goods.
I will post when I have more news.

After the initial trial of the Ipk Web Site Builder I have decided not to continue with the Software.
Although the Ipk Web Site Builder is an excellent and well thought out piece of software I decided that the benefits I wanted to try, namely the Price Comparison part of the Software did not balance with the Software’s other shortfalls.
In reality the Software is just too restrictive, in that it allows you to insert only one Amazon Widget (the Self Optimising one).
I like to use several Amazon Widgets on most of my pages including Carousels (Take a look at one here) which I find lots of people like, (and actually click on) this is not possible with the Ipk Web Site Builder, although I did manage to integrate an Amazon store into the 360 Xbox site that I built.
Another obvious disadvantage is that you cannot see or change the source code. This is because the code is written in BB Code and this is converted to Html Code when you publish the site.
The Html code and graphics cannot be uploaded back to your computers Html Editor, this makes transferring your sites onto another server impossible and moving my 360 Xbox site was a pain in the rear as I had to copy and paste everything from Ipk Web Site Builder to my own Html Editor (Dreamweaver).
In conclusion I found that the Ipk Web Site Builder software needs to have a lot of work done to it before it becomes a viable option for all except the complete Html novice.
Hi, just an update on the Ipk Web Site Builder that comes as an optional extra with the Ipk Seo software information.
I decided to take the plunge and give the £20.00 per month Web Builder software a try becuase I have been so impressed with the iPk Seo information and am now in a position to push the financial burden a little further because of the limited success I have had with my affiliate sites that where built to the Ipk format.
I digress, back to the Web Builder which is a very good but a little limited in practice.
The ease of use is excellent for anyone, even novices could reasonably be expected to complete a site with this software, whether it hits Google front page or not would be another matter.
Two reasons came to the forefront when I decided to pay my money and give it a go.
1. The Web Builder includes a very good Price Comparison module that was costing me £5.00 a month elswhere (For 10 Price Comparisons). Also the software I was using was a pain in the bum to set up and use whereas the Ipk Web Builder price comparison software is simplicity itself, (After a few teething problems which were sorted for me by the Software help people at Ipk).
I already had some of the site information for my first intended site including the Domain name so I was off to a flier with my first site using the software which is http://www.360-xbox.co.uk
The site took about three days part time work to get ready and publish.
My intended work program for the Web Builder is to possibly build a site every two weeks.
I need to be committed to get the most for my monthly £20.00 because the fee includes unlimited Hosting for as many Domains as you like which was my number two reason for taking the decision in the first place.
I will let you know how it actually materialises and if I can increase my affiliate sales enough to make a part time income.
I don’t post as often as I should here but I just wanted to update the IPK (info product killer) info for Affiliate earnings.
I have several sites up and running now using the Ipk formula, some are doing okay and some are not ranking in the first few pages of Google.
My income from these sites however is increasing month by month, not a fantastic income but this can be a slow, time consuming job so if you are looking for a quick income fix, look elsewhere.
My most recent site TomTom Maps is not indexed as yet and I am now working on a new site Xbox 360.
On the most recent sites I have included a Affiliate shop window, either from Amazon or from Affiliate Window and this seems to have increased sales slightly with an increase in Clicks and a few more sales.
I will keep posting regarding Ipk, I still feel it is worth the effort invested in the long term.

I have just uploaded my latest IPK site, fz-28.com.
This new site is an absolute must for people interested in the Panasonic fz 28 digital camera.
I must say that, after doing the site and reading up on the Panasonic Fz 28, I am really tempted to purchase one myself.
I have read the reviews and even produced a review myself for the site, the camera really is top of the tree at the moment as far as digital slr’s are concerned. At the asking price there is nothing to compare with the Panasonic Fz 28 at this time.
As with all things electronic they can change quickly but the competition has quite a lot of catching up to do bepore they get close to this camera.
Anyway, I digress, the site is now up and running and I am hoping to do well with it.
I have done what I said I would do last time I spoke, that is, I have upgraded the Css layout and made this site more professional looking than my previous sites and I think this may do the trick as far as sales go, we shall see.
By the way, the Mother site I put up, top10birthdaygifts.co.uk, is doing okay, up to press the site has achieved three page ones on Google for different search terms , all in the top spot too so I am hoping for a few sales to offset the cost of setting up the various sites I have put up.

Hi, the site I told you about last time is doing well.
Top 10 Birthday Gifts .co.uk has gone in at numbern one on page one of Google after a couple of weeks. I verified the site with the Google webmaster tools and submitted the site map.
Everything seems to be running well with the Ipk seo optimisation as I have now put up 5 sites, three of which are at page one, number one.
These sites are all optimised for Google so I would be very suprised if they show up well on Yahoo or other Search Engines. I must confess to not even having looked as I am more than happy to do Google page ones.
Sales have been slow however and I don’t know if this is due to the Christmas backlash or to the look of my sites. I have tried to improve this with the Top 10 Birthday Gifts site having changed the Css style sheet to a three column set up and making the site look more professional in appearance.
We’ll see how this goes, I have already had one sale from the site and look forward to more in the near future.
I’ll keep updating to let you know how it does. Oh, I neary forgot, I am well on the way to completing my first site for the Us market.
I believe the site I am doing will do really well and will post soon, when I have completed the site.

I am almost ready to launch the Mother site for the Ipk sites I have completed.
Here is an update on the four sites performance up to press: Rainforest Jumperoo is still at page six, I need to update the keywords on this site to proceed to a higher position. Rainforest Bouncer is at the top of page two, I have recently completed an update on the keywords and content. The site, which had previously slid down the page four has gone to page two and is gradually going higher. Rdr Dvd is top and second on page one and has achieved two sales up to press. Kdl 26 is second on page one but no sales yet, I think this could be because of the Christmas spend and the high item cost of the products on the page.
Back to the Mother site, Top 10 Birthday Gifts, I have put the site on the server but have not yet optimised it with Google. However it is still on page three, and only two pages are completed.
I have changed the Css file because I felt that my sites where not looking professional enough, this should give more sales in the long run, we shall see.
I now have two pages to complete which should get done this week. I will then upload with the new css file to the server and I will keep you posted.

As I mentioned previously in another post I put up site number four recently. Kdl26.co.uk took quite some time to index (unlike my previous effort Rdr DV.co.uk
(which indexed at Google number one in seventeen hours and is still there)
Kdl 26 took nearly two weeks before Google indexed it at Page one, entry number six.
Two days later it made it to number one.I have now had a few sales from the Rdr dvd site and things are looking good at the moment.
Of the other two sites, my first site Rainforest Jumperoo.co.uk has dived to page seven, although I have not touched it in any way since it launched. Rainforest bouncer.co.uk however has managed to stay on page two.
I have just re-optimised this site, in an effort to attain page one status, I will let you know how it does.
